A replicated configuration view disagrees
Dynamic-disk metadata is represented across the disks that form a pack. This status points to disagreement between configuration copies, rather than an ordinary extent-overlap validation error. Do not decide which copy is authoritative solely from the disk-letter assignment visible in one booted system.
Establish a complete pack inventory
List all disks expected in the disk group, their identifiers, online state, and the last storage-management operation. A missing or stale member can be the reason that copies are out of sync. Keep the pack intact while investigating; creating a new pack or converting a disk can discard information needed to import the existing one.
