STATUS_VOLMGR_DISK_DYNAMIC
The operation reached a dynamic-disk object
This status identifies the disk classification used by Volume Manager. It helps distinguish a request aimed at a basic disk from one operating on a disk already governed by a dynamic pack and LDM metadata.
Use the correct management model
Record whether the tool expected a basic disk, a standalone dynamic disk, or a member of a discovered disk group. Do not treat the status as a damaged layout by itself. Dynamic disks support volume types such as spanned, striped, mirrored, and RAID-5, but Microsoft now recommends other storage designs for new resilient data deployments.
