The redundancy topology has conflicting placement
A plex represents a higher-level component of a dynamic volume. This status reports that one disk is linked to multiple plex records where the configuration expects an unambiguous relationship. It is not simply a mirror synchronization delay.
Keep the topology evidence intact
Record the disk and pack identities, all plex references, volume types, and any recent mirror, stripe, or import operation. Determine whether the condition follows a cloned disk, a partial configuration update, or inconsistent metadata before editing memberships. A filesystem check cannot validate or repair the Volume Manager plex graph.
