The pack metadata cannot identify a valid group
A pack identifier links related dynamic disks into one logical configuration. This status means that the supplied or stored identifier did not validate for the requested Volume Manager operation; it is not a diagnosis of the user-visible volume label.
Check identity provenance and related disks
Capture the pack identifier as read from each candidate disk, the disk identities, the management operation, and whether the disks were imported from another system. Do not fabricate a replacement identifier to bypass validation. Resolve whether the condition is corruption, a foreign configuration, or an incomplete/duplicate set first.
