The file-server cluster cannot serve this SMB dialect

A clustered SMB share has a maximum dialect supported by its current cluster functional level. During TREE_CONNECT, the server can reject a connection whose negotiated SMB dialect is newer than that cluster limit and return the maximum acceptable dialect in the error context.

This is not a generic failure to negotiate SMB with the node. Capture the negotiated dialect, share cluster capabilities, error context, and owner node. The client can reconnect using the maximum dialect only when its security and feature requirements allow that downgrade; otherwise the cluster must be upgraded or reconfigured.
