ippStsLoadDynErr
This is a deployment or loader-path status. It normally appears before the requested primitive can run, when the dynamic version of IPP cannot locate or initialize a required domain, threading, or processor-specific library.
The relevant evidence is the library search path, dependent DLL or shared-object list, bitness, runtime loader diagnostics, and whether a fallback layer was used after the failure.
Diagnostic focus
- Inspect PATH, LD_LIBRARY_PATH, rpath, application bundle layout, or installer packaging.
- Check that all IPP domain libraries required by the application are deployed together.
- Distinguish this from ippStsDllNotFoundBestUsed, which is a warning path where another library was still used.
