ippStsAacMaxSfbErr
The max_sfb field limits how many scalefactor bands are coded in an Individual Channel Stream. It must fit the table selected by sampling rate, object type, and long or short window sequence.
If it is too large, later section, scalefactor, TNS, and coefficient parsing would address bands that do not exist. Treat this as a structural AAC header problem, not as a sample-format issue.
Typical causes
- Wrong sample-rate index or object type in AudioSpecificConfig.
- Using short-window band limits for a long-window frame, or the opposite.
- A damaged ICS header before section_data begins.
