ippStsAacPlsDataErr
AAC pulse data modifies selected spectral coefficients. Its positions and amplitudes are only meaningful in the correct window and band context, so invalid pulse attributes usually point to bad ICS or spectral syntax.
Check whether the pulse tool is legal for the current window sequence and whether the pulse offsets stay inside the coded spectral range. A damaged bit offset before pulse_data can produce this status even when the audio payload length looks reasonable.
Useful checks
- The pulse count and start band.
- Pulse offsets relative to the previous pulse position.
- Whether short-window syntax was used where pulse data is not valid.
