ippStsMemAllocErr

This status means the primitive required temporary or context memory and allocation failed. The caller-provided buffers may be valid; the failure can still occur inside planning, initialization or workspace setup.

It should be correlated with requested dimensions and algorithm mode because some options require much larger temporary buffers than others.

Diagnostic focus

Record image size, transform order, filter length, channel count and precision at the failing call.
Check whether the application can precompute and reuse IPP contexts or external buffers.
Differentiate this from ippStsNoMemErr in logs if both are possible in the codebase.
