PP1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED

PP1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED identifies failure during Phase 1 initialization of the kernel-mode Plug and Play manager. Microsoft notes that this phase performs most PnP-manager initialization, including setting up registry files and other environment state that drivers use during later I/O initialization.

Different from PP0

The neighboring PP0_INITIALIZATION_FAILED code names the earlier Phase 0 path. For PP1, the documented registry and driver-environment work makes boot-driver configuration and PnP initialization context particularly relevant. The code still has no public bug-check parameters.
