RPC_S_NO_BINDINGS

No server addresses are available to publish

RPC_S_NO_BINDINGS means the RPC runtime has no binding handles available for the operation. A server binding vector normally describes the protocol sequence, network address, and endpoint combinations on which the server can receive calls. Servers use such vectors when registering with the endpoint mapper or exporting binding information.

This status often follows an initialization problem earlier than endpoint registration. If no protocol sequence was successfully enabled, RpcServerInqBindings has nothing useful to return.

What to check

The Open Group RPC model explicitly uses server binding vectors for endpoint-map registration and name-service export. Fix the missing runtime bindings before publication.
