STATUS_FILE_LOCKED_WITH_ONLY_READERS

This informational status describes the current byte-range lock state of a file. Reader locks are present, and no writer lock is currently represented in this condition.
For diagnostics, treat it as lock-state information rather than a generic sharing violation. Byte-range locks are independent of ordinary create share modes and can extend beyond the current end of file.
What to inspect
- Enumerate the byte ranges and handles involved if the file system exposes that state.
- Separate byte-range lock conflicts from create-time sharing conflicts.
- Check whether the caller expected a writer lock or exclusive range before modifying data.
