This warning belongs to feature selection. It can appear when an application requests a CPU feature mask or optimized path that is not available in the current runtime environment.

Unlike ippStsUnknownFeature, the feature identifier itself is understood; the problem is that the active CPU, VM, or library layer cannot provide it.

Diagnostic focus

Compare requested features with ippGetCpuFeatures and ippGetEnabledCpuFeatures.
Check whether a VM or container hides AVX, AVX2, AVX-512, or other SIMD capabilities.
Log feature masks symbolically; raw integers are hard to audit.
