ERROR_CLUSTER_GROUP_SINGLETON_RESOURCE means the resource group can contain only one resource of the specified type. The group design must be changed instead of adding a duplicate.
What to check
- Inspect the current contents of the clustered role.
- Check whether the intended new resource belongs in a different group or should be represented as a dependency/property of the existing resource.
- Avoid deleting the existing resource until its role and dependencies are understood.
