SAVER_STARTNOTVISIBLE: interpret the capture reason, not a public stop-code contract
SAVER_STARTNOTVISIBLE (0x0000F005) classifies a diagnostic capture where startup completed far enough to launch, but the expected UI never became visible. SAVER values are diagnostic categories; the public symbol does not provide a stable bugcheck-parameter contract that identifies one defective driver by itself.
Capture the evidence that belongs to this category
Preserve activation and process-start timestamps, first window creation, visibility/placement, compositor/shell events, and UI-thread wait chain. Also keep the Windows build, dump type, producer, WER/event correlation, and relevant process or package identity.
What the investigation should prove
The goal is to separate “process never launched” from “launched but never presented a visible surface”. Use the dump and surrounding events to find the first concrete blocked transition or failing component; do not manufacture parameter meanings from the numeric SAVER value.
