ELIBACC

ELIBACC is a Linux loader-era errno for failure to access a needed shared library. It should be read in the context of executable loading and library resolution, not as a generic file-open failure detached from the binary being executed.

Modern systems usually report loader problems through execve(), the ELF interpreter, dynamic linker diagnostics, audit logs, or package metadata. If ELIBACC is the observed symbolic name, preserve the executable path, interpreter, library search path, mount namespace, permissions, and whether the failing object is a legacy binary format.
