ERROR_DS_DRA_SOURCE_REINSTALLED (8459) is an Active Directory replication error. The destination detected that the source domain controller was reinstalled or otherwise no longer represents the same replication identity and history expected by the partner.

Verify whether the source DC was rebuilt, restored, cloned, forcibly demoted, or re-promoted.
Inspect the source server object, NTDS Settings object, invocation identity, and current connection objects before resuming normal replication.
