NS_E_CD_NO_READER
The CD reader object could not be created
NS_E_CD_NO_READER (0xC00D11FA) occurs while the CD filter is constructing the reader component. It is earlier than ordinary sector-read errors and different from falling back from digital to analog mode.
Capture component creation state
Record selected drive, CD filter/reader CLSID or provider, activation/initialization HRESULT, process architecture, device availability, and any dependent filter load failure. Note whether the drive can be enumerated before reader creation.
Retest
Repair the driver/filter/provider needed to create the reader, reacquire the drive in a fresh Player process, and repeat the same operation. If reader creation succeeds but digital reads fail, preserve that later device/read HRESULT instead of continuing to diagnose object creation.
