STATUS_GRAPHICS_CANT_RENDER_LOCKED_ALLOCATION
CPU and GPU access are crossing incorrectly
This status marks an ordering violation: an allocation is locked for CPU access while the current GPU command buffer tries to render with it. It is not fixed by changing the shader or command alone; the allocation must first leave the CPU-lock state through the intended unlock and synchronization sequence.
Make the ownership transition explicit
Log the lock owner, lock mode, CPU write completion, unlock call, GPU fence, and command-buffer references. Enforce the sequence CPU lock → CPU access → unlock → GPU submission, with synchronization where the resource is shared. This also helps distinguish the failure from a busy allocation that cannot yet be locked.
