ERROR_IEPORT_FULL
The library port must be cleared before continuing
An insert/eject port has finite slots. During injection, RSM retracts the port and moves inserted cartridges to free storage slots; during ejection, it stages cartridges in the port for removal. If media remains there, another inject or eject cycle cannot use the same capacity. This differs from library-full, although a full library can be the reason RSM was unable to clear the port.
Inspect the port contents and active operation. Remove ejected media when requested, or free library storage slots so injected media can be retracted from the port. Do not start another port operation until the current media and operation GUID have been reconciled.
What to inspect
- Enumerate media currently assigned to the IE port.
- Check whether the active operation is inject or eject.
- Clear the port or free internal slots before retrying.
