MF_S_SEQUENCER_SEGMENT_AT_END_OF_STREAM

MF_S_SEQUENCER_SEGMENT_AT_END_OF_STREAM is a Sequencer Source status for a late topology-flag update. The operation targets a segment that has already reached end of stream, so its queued topology flags can no longer be changed for that completed segment.

Apply last-segment flag changes while the segment is still queued

Microsoft's playlist example performs the previous-last-segment flag update before appending the new segment. Repeating the same flag update after this status does not change the already completed segment; the application must reconcile the current sequence state instead.
