TAPI_E_CALLCENTER_GROUP_REMOVED The ACD proxy removed the group object, so references obtained before that removal no longer identify a usable call-center group.
What to check
- Confirm that the group still appears when the application enumerates groups from the current ACD proxy.
- Correlate the removal with provider or call-center configuration events and the lifetime of the COM object being used.
- If the group was recreated, compare its new identity with the cached identity held by the application.
Handling
Release the stale group object and reacquire the current group from the provider. Retrying methods on the removed object cannot restore it.
