CryptoAPI could not find a certificate and corresponding private key that can decrypt the message. Possessing a certificate with a similar subject name is not sufficient; the key must match a recipient in the message.
What to check

- Check whether the message was encrypted to an expired, replaced, or different recipient certificate.
