WU_E_DS_RESETREQUIRED means the current data-store session can no longer continue. The caller must release it and retry with a new session.

Dispose the existing session and all objects derived from it before creating a new one.
Do not keep cached table or lock objects after the reset request.
For normal Windows Update use, restart the affected update workflow and inspect the earlier error that made the session invalid.
