TPM_20_E_SEQUENCE
TPM_20_E_SEQUENCE maps to TPM_RC_SEQUENCE. A sequence handle was used in an improper operation or lifecycle state. Sequence objects are stateful: update and completion commands must be applied in the prescribed order and the handle ceases to be usable after its context is flushed or finalized.
What to verify
- Record creation, update, completion, save/load, and flush events for the specific handle.
- Do not reuse a completed or flushed sequence handle from a previous request.
- Distinguish this from an ordinary object-handle error: the handle value can be syntactically valid while its sequence state is wrong.
