STATUS_CORRUPT_LOG_UNAVAILABLE
The volume corruption log cannot be accessed
The status means the file system cannot operate on one of its corruption logs. This is distinct from a full or internally corrupt log: the tracking object is currently unavailable to the requested operation.
Check whether another scan or repair owns the log, whether the volume is mounted in the expected mode, and whether storage errors prevented access. Avoid parallel repair jobs because they can obscure the original owner and timing of the failure.
What to inspect
- Identify active scan, repair, and maintenance operations.
- Check the volume mount state and file-system event channel.
- Retry only after the owning operation finishes or the underlying error is resolved.
