RPC_NT_INTERNAL_ERROR

Internal RPC runtime failure

RPC_NT_INTERNAL_ERROR belongs to the Windows RPC runtime NTSTATUS facility. MS-RPCE extends the DCE/RPC model: generated stubs marshal parameters, the runtime binds to an endpoint and protocol sequence, and security or transport failures can be returned as RPC facility status values.

This is a catch-all RPC runtime status. It is useful only when correlated with the call phase: binding, authentication, marshaling, network I/O, endpoint dispatch, or server rundown.

Treat it as a signal to gather runtime evidence rather than as a root cause. The next step is to identify whether the failure occurs before the request reaches server manager code, inside the generated stub, or after the response begins.
