NS_E_DISK_WRITE
NS_E_DISK_WRITE: Content Server disk state
NS_E_DISK_WRITE (0xC00D0016) means Windows Media Services could not write data to the selected Content Server disk.
Evidence to preserve
Record the disk UID, server, target block or file, requested byte count, bytes completed, free space, and the first filesystem or storage error returned for the same write.
How to interpret it
This is an I/O failure on a particular storage member. It does not by itself mean that the Content Server layout or every disk in the set is damaged.
Recovery and verification
Correct the lower-level write problem on that member—capacity, media, filesystem, access, or device state as indicated by the preserved error—then repeat the same write path before changing other members.
