NS_E_DVD_CANNOT_JUMP (0xC00D116F) means the DVD navigation state does not permit the requested seek/jump. The disc can be readable and the decoder graph healthy while a title, menu, chapter, or time transition is forbidden from the current DVD domain.
Preserve navigation state
Record current DVD domain, title/chapter, playback time, requested target, user-operation restrictions, and the exact navigator method. Menu and first-play domains may reject transitions that are valid during title playback.
Controlled test
Reach a known title-playback state and repeat the same target once. If the target works there, the original restriction was navigation state. Do not rebuild codecs or change region settings first; those actions address different DVD HRESULTs and obscure the prohibited transition.
