MF_E_NO_SOURCE_IN_CACHE

MF_E_NO_SOURCE_IN_CACHE is specific to the Sequencer Source's management of native media sources. Segment topologies reference source nodes, and the sequencer maintains a source cache so those sources can be reused and managed across the sequence.

Check segment topology and cache lifetime

This is not the same as the Source Resolver failing to open a URL. The failure occurs inside sequencer bookkeeping after a segment/source relationship should already exist.
