STATUS_STREAM_MINIVERSION_NOT_FOUND belongs to TxF miniversion handling. A miniversion is a snapshot-like view of a file stream created inside a transaction so that code can refer to a prior transacted state while the transaction is still active.
The status usually points to a wrong miniversion identifier, a handle opened against the wrong stream, or a request made after the lifetime of that miniversion has ended. The failing evidence is the stream and miniversion number, not only the final path name.
What to check

- Whether code is sharing miniversion identifiers across threads or transactions.
Useful distinction
Not found is different from invalid. STATUS_STREAM_MINIVERSION_NOT_VALID means a miniversion record can be located but TxF has invalidated it, often because of later transaction-state changes.
