Enforce the documented recorder, prepare, write sequence

Assign the intended IDiscRecorder2 to the same raw-format object that will perform the write.
Call PrepareMedia and preserve its HRESULT before submitting the image stream.
Release the prepared session with ReleaseMedia after success, cancellation or failure.

Retrying WriteMedia without preparing the same COM object will fail again. This is not evidence that the raw stream is malformed; stream shape is reported by E_IMAPI_DF2RAW_STREAM_NOT_SUPPORTED or lead-in validation. Log the format-object identity and setup sequence so configuration accidentally performed on another instance is easy to distinguish from a media or device problem.
